Hello! Allison here, the newest addition to the K2 & Company team! I am so excited to be joining this outstanding team of driven and hardworking professionals.
I’ve spent the last few years at Center of the American Experiment, Minnesota’s leading public policy institution. There I helped build a well-oiled in-house communications and marketing machine.
I specialize specifically in earned and paid media and am constantly adapting and learning new skills to keep up with the ever-changing digital world. I will admit that I am a big fan of video platforms, especially Tik Tok. I know, I know, I can feel the eyes rolling, but how else am I supposed to keep up with the latest celeb drama, life hacks, or dance moves?
I was born in South Carolina and raised all over the United States: Alaska, Illinois, Missouri, and California. I attended Emerson College in Boston, MA where I was able to work in the Massachusetts Legislature as well as with former Governor Charlie Baker. How did I end up in Minnesota you’re probably wondering? I moved here in Summer 2018 to be a part of Karin Housley’s US Senate campaign. Flash forward 5 years later and she is now my mother-in-law! I married her son, Wilson, in July 2022. Karin has us at the top of her list of successful match-ups.
